Many of our patients want to Empower Wellbeing beyond the initial stages of coming to see us to get rid of their aches and pains. From this we have developed our Wellbeing Membership Schemes to help our customers to do this at a discounted price.

We use knowledge of how our bodies are connected to our environment, mindset, lifestyle and diet to give personalised advice and rehabilitation plans. Connective Chiropractic Membership Schemes aim to help you function and feel better.

1 – SELECT HOW OFTEN YOU WANT TO COME AND SEE US

Our packages allow you to come to see us for a standard appointment or check (if Chiropractic adjustments are not required).

The Promoting Wellbeing Bronze Plans offer an appointment / check every two months

Our Health and Wellbeing Silver Plans offer an appointment / check every month

Empowering Wellbeing Gold Plans offer two appointments / checks every month

You can pay monthly, annually or every 6 months by direct debit, depending on the plan you choose.  (Note: There is no financial benefit by choosing a longer/shorter plan.)

Connective Chiropractic Membership Schemes FAQ’s

Our Connective Chiropractic Wellbeing Membership Scheme is only for current patients who have been deemed suitable for Chiropractic care at Connective Chiropractic. These offers do not include ‘initial consultation and first adjustment’ sessions. The plan is non-transferable and can not be used in conjunction with other offers. Chiropractic adjustments will only be given with a clinical rationale for care.

Appointments are subject to availability and can be booked online via the Connective Chiropractic treatment booking page or by contacting us.

We offer Pay As You Go prices for those that want to use our services to get out of pain and promote wellness and wellbeing on a more ad hoc basis, gain further information or dip in and out of our services in line with whatever they need. We realise that these packages may not suit everyone, and there is no pressure to join a scheme.

HOW DOES THE DIRECT DEBIT WORK?

Payments shall be taken by direct debit in line with the plan selected. The direct debit shall be collected by Go Cardless Ltd. The standard direct debit guarantee applies and will be handled by Go Cardless Ltd. Payments shall be taken in advance of sessions redeemed.

DO I NEED TO RENEW MY CONNECTIVE CHIROPRACTIC WELLBEING MEMBERSHIP?

Membership shall auto renew on cessation of the membership pay period selected.

WHEN MUST I REDEEM MY MEMBERSHIP?

Redemption of appointments/checks through the plan must occur in line with the plan purchased (i.e: If you purchase the Health and Wellbeing Silver Plan 2 (£198 for 1 appointment per calendar month paid every 6 months)  you are entitled to one appointment/check per month for 6 consecutive months.)

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CAN’T MAKE MY APPOINTMENT? CAN I POSTPONE?

If you are unable to make an appointment/check you are entitled to postpone your appointments within the duration of your membership period (i.e: In the Health and Wellbeing Plan 2, the membership period is 6 months and you have 6 months to redeem your 6 monthly sessions).  After completion of your membership period, the number of appointments/checks available through the scheme resets as a new payment is taken.

WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?

You are entitled to cancel your Membership scheme at any time. If you cancel within 14 days of taking the plan on, a full refund will be given minus the cost of any sessions redeemed at un-discounted ‘pay as you go’ price. If you cancel your membership after 14 days, your membership will terminate after the full duration of your membership period.

WHAT IF I WANT TO CHANGE MY MEMBERSHIP?

You are entitled to notify us that you wish to change your plan with us at any time, but changes to the plan will only occur following full satisfaction of your current membership period.

CAN I ADD ELEMENTS ONTO MY MEMBERSHIP?

Should you require additional checks as part of the plan they are to be charged at the Pay As You Go rate.

WHY ARE THE PLANS OFFERED AT DISCOUNTED PRICES?

We only ever give Chiropractic adjustments where there is a clinical rationale for care. We find that those under wellbeing care often require fewer adjustments or may not require an adjustment at a check/appointment, however we will still provide ongoing care, assistance and service to Empower Wellbeing. The discounted price incentivises our patients to get checked regularly, but does not mean that Chiropractic care is always offered. Membership does not only include the provision of Chiropractic care but also membership to the Empowering Wellbeing community, which gives additional health care connection, exclusive offers, discounts, workshops and/or events.
Discounts offered include calculations of reasonable variation in appointment availability due to demand, unexpected emergencies, planned annual leave and/or public holidays. The schemes are discounted further as the packages increase to help current patients with empowering and promoting health and wellbeing at a reduced price.

HOW DO I KNOW IF A MEMBERSHIP IS RIGHT FOR ME?

The plans are not intended for everyone and it is suggested that you contact us straight away if you have any queries about whether you are suitable to join one of our plans

CAN I STILL ACCESS YOUR SERVICES WITHOUT BEING A MEMBER?

Yes. We realise that these packages may not suit everyone.

We offer Pay As You Go price structures for those that just want to use our services to get out of pain and promote wellbeing, gain further information or dip in and out of our services in line with whatever they need.
