James has been vital in gaining confidence after trying to manage 2 bulging discs in my lower back in my own, after 2 years of the NHS ignoring my concerns and telling me the pain isnt as bad as I say it is whilst i slowly lost all of my fitness and strength and put limitations on my life to avoid pain. His approach is completely holistic, taking into account the wider impact in other areas of my life like work and self care, and helping me understand whats going on and work more with my body. The whole team are absolutely delightful. James, the chiropractor treating me, set me immediately at ease and, from our first meeting,  made it very clear that, as his patient, my needs were important. He listened to me, at no point did I ever feel rushed, trivialised or pressured to disclose any information I didn’t wish to. I have both chiropractor  and sports massage appointments here. The clinic is so well kept in terms of the decor and ambiance. 10/10 for that . The team are all incredibly friendly. They always try to accommodate me appointment wise if I need an emergency one or need to move it. And of all the several sports massage practitioners I’ve had over the years as someone formerly in the fitness industry - Sam is by far the best I’ve ever had. Always leave feeling fixed. A great and welcoming team that have your wellbeing at heart.  James has worked wonders with the information given and his own assessment... to take me from shying from some exercises for fear of setting my back off (or actually setting it off) to now, back to regular exercise, hiking, and even a bit of mountain climbing.  Always professional and genuinely wants to see you reach your goals.
