Complimentary Posture, Biomechanics and Spinal Checks

We are known for helping people to understand their body better. Our complimentary spinal screens at the Revive and Thrive event allow you to get a better flavour about what is going on postural and mechanically in your body. We’ll let you know our findings and provide tips for improvement.

Many people experience back pain or discomfort without understanding the underlying cause. Our free spinal assessments will help you to identify any misalignments or issues that may be contributing to pain, discomfort or lack of ease. This is an excellent opportunity for you to gain information about your body, posture, spinal health or biomechanics and explore potential solutions should you need them.

Answering Questions

Our registered Chiropractors have a wealth of information both about Chiropractic along with wider health care issues. We are highly educated, trained and insured to provide advice where we are able to or refer to others. Whilst we may not be able to undertake a full consultation at the event (due both to time and confidentiality) we can answer any general questions. We’re open also to continuing any conversation more privately if we can help or it meets your needs. We love answering questions, so come armed with as many as you like and we’ll do our best to help.

Educating And Promoting Integrative Health in Basingstoke

Whilst so many are looking to their own health and wellbeing management, we believe that events such as the Revive and Thrive Show allow people access to a big tent of practitioners that are local and available to them. We’ll have loads of educational materials available that are not sales focussed, but aiming for you to really get the most out of your health and healing. If you need us, great. But if not, we hope you will find the right thing for you.

Reminding Our Community that Prevention is Better than Cure

It’s so easy to think self care is selfish or that preventative care is a waste of money. But, you’d be wrong. You don’t need to have an ailment or problem to visit us or any other stand at the Revive and Thrive Show. It’s as much about sampling what the best in the region has to offer. What is a Spine Check?

A Spine check is a short 5-10 minute session with a Chiropractor. The session allows you to talk generally about your body and any problems that you may be having. The chiropractor will check your spine and pelvis, over clothing, and have a general discussion about chiropractic and whether it would be the right option for you. The session does not replace a more formal initial consultation, but can give a general flavour whether chiropractic might be able to help or would be worth pursuing or not for your general health and wellbeing goals.

What to expect at a spine, postural and biomechanics check

A spine check is an opportunity to talk about chiropractic and have your spine and pelvis position analysed through a spinal sweep while sitting. Depending on what you discuss with us and the space or time we have at the event, we might be able to offer additional orthopaedic or neurological testing to help provide some general answers to any health issue or goal you might be thinking about. Your Chiropractor will explain how chiropractic can help your condition and provide a picture of what your care plan could look like and what we can do to support you.

As part of your session you will gain practical insight into how your posture and biomechanics affects your health or wellbeing. There is not enough time to create a formal diagnosis or rationale for care at this session. For this, we invite you to an initial consultation at our clinic where we can spend more time and have a greater level of confidentiality. The clinic is so well kept in terms of the decor and ambiance. 10/10 for that . The team are all incredibly friendly. They always try to accommodate me appointment wise if I need an emergency one or need to move it. And of all the several sports massage practitioners I’ve had over the years as someone formerly in the fitness industry - Sam is by far the best I’ve ever had. Always leave feeling fixed.
