At Connective Chiropractic, we believe meaningful wellbeing is built through consistency, clarity and intentional care over time. It’s why over the years we’ve created a community of likeminded people all focussed not only on pain relief, but on optimising their lives. We know the impact of transforming people’s lives is more than just health care or even prevention. In reality, its about functioning, feeling, moving and staying better so we can be at our best. In life. For our families. At work.

The Ultimate Wellbeing Community was never created simply as a discount scheme or an open-ended way to access care that you don’t need or want. That’s why in 2026 we relaunched our community to recommit to why it was created in the first place; bringing together a connected community of people committed to investing in their health, wellbeing and quality of life.

We get it’s not for everyone, and that’s okay. For some care begins with recovering from pain or injury and that’s enough of a goal. For others it’s more about maintaining progress, improving resilience, supporting performance, reducing stress or the inability to relax or just continuing to move, function, feel and live better.

A More Considered Approach to Ongoing Care

Modern life places ongoing demands on the body. Stress, posture, work, training, travel, family life and daily habits all influence how we move, recover and function over time. And that’s before we think about how we behave or need to function when the world forever asks more of us.

While initial care often focuses on resolving specific issues at a pace guided by research, ongoing wellbeing care is designed to help people maintain positive changes, reduce the likelihood of recurring problems, support mobility and physical function and stay proactive rather than reactive with their health. It’s never forced: Indeed we use your goals and expectations as a key guide to work out whether it’s a good fit. For many of our Ultimate Wellbeing Community members, this becomes less about “fixing problems” and more about creating consistency, clarity and momentum within their wider wellbeing journey. We believe healthcare should educate and empower. encourage ownership and understanding and support people in living well, not simply reacting when things go wrong. Membership is therefore best suited for people who value intentional wellbeing, proactive healthcare, long-term thinking and a more connected, engaged approach to their health

This is not about pressure, contracts or dependency. It is about supporting people who genuinely want to continue investing in themselves and their wellbeing over time, for as long as they want or need our services.

Gone are the days where membership became an open ended discount and a dumping ground for care once initial care was over. This was never what our Ultimate Wellbeing Community was about. It was about standing up for what matters and properly enhancing wellbeing, within us and our wider communities.Sure, a discount helps. But, the energy and drive about our membership is, and has always been, about so much more than just chiropractic or massage care on its own. It’s about committing to be a better leader for our communities, families and ourselves and about being an ambassador towards our mission of #EmpoweringWellbeing. It’s about realising that we can do so much more when we are working at our best.

I’m grateful for us to be able to enhance membership once again in 2026. It’s time to reshift back into something a little greater than the sum of its parts with a strengthened head and heart towards collectively getting the most out of life and making every moment count. For me, this is a reconnection back to some of my why, for setting up the clinic and for most of my life work, including as as a chiropractor, mentor, coach. For those that used to be with us in the early days of our membership, you’ll feel both a return to what was but with a new vibrancy. It’s time to be a little more than we have been; to ensure we do all we can and leave our environment, communities and our selves in a better place.

Membership is offered to patients who we feel are likely to genuinely benefit from ongoing wellbeing care following their initial phase of treatment.

This helps ensure membership remains appropriate, personalised and aligned with the needs and goals of each individual. There is never any obligation to join and can opt out at any time. If it’s not right for you but want to continue your care with us you can pay-as-you-go or take one of our packages of care as an alternative.

Fixed Duration

Membership of our Ultimate Wellbeing Community is designed as a fixed annual plan. This gives us meaningful time to properly support your wellbeing journey, regularly review your progress, and ensure your care continues to feel appropriate, valuable and aligned with your goals.

Just as importantly, it allows us to be honest and proactive if things are not progressing as expected. We never want membership to become passive, habitual or centred around unused appointments sitting on account. This helps nobody. Ongoing wellbeing care should feel intentional and beneficial, not something simply maintained out of routine. It’s this mindset and behaviour that we aim to support through our community. We’ll always encourage openly and thoughtful communication if your needs change, your goals evolve or we feel another approach may serve you better.

Health Checks and Progress Reviews

Membership of our Ultimate Wellbeing Community is designed to be outcome orientated. Your outcomes are less likely to be pain related so we will aim to check in with any relevant other health, wellbeing, fitness and lifestyle metrics to help you on your way. This way we can be sure to continue to provide our care with the evidence and data we generate in mind.

What's the risks? Chiropractic Care does have some known risks. It's part of the reason why we are regulated as a profession. Thankfully the risk of anything really serious is known to be very low, but there are some considerations that are worth knowing about before...
