Frequently asked questions answered…

You are likely to be asked to undress down to your underwear during your massage. We use fresh towels and sheets at every session to help protect your modesty and use heated oils, blankets and benches, where required. We use a range of massage oils, waxes and lotions, including those that are organic, vegan, unscented and nut-free.

You do not need to be seeing us at the clinic for Chiropractic care to receive massage care, though it is our experience that Chiropractic and massage work really well together.

Please be aware that we now take a deposit for any initial massage session booked at our clinic. Please call us rather than booking in online should you wish to book in without prepaying. We are happy to refund you in line with our refund and cancellation policies should you change your mind on your booking.

All massage times include time for consultation, changing, aftercare or rehabilitation advice as required. You can opt out of receiving treatment at any time should you change your mind, though we are usually happy to tailor our treatments to both your needs and wishes: Just let us know if you need further help or advice.

It is for this reason we ensure that everyone who comes to our clinic has an initial consultation with one of our practitioners.  Here we are able to determine what treatments are best for you and properly tailor our care to our needs. In short, we’ll do all we can to ensure you get the care and help you need, regardless of where you start your voyage within our clinic.

We recommend booking in for our Chiropractic onboarding sessions if you are unsure which service to try first: Due to the higher level of training Chiropractors are trained and experienced to diagnose and better understand what may be going in your body and can give additional clarity in determining the safety and rationale behind any treatment that we offer at Connective Chiropractic.
